Our story

Founded on compassion, built on trust

The Upper Hand Care began when our founders saw first-hand how hard it was for families to find care they could truly rely on. We set out to do things differently — pairing rigorous standards with warmth that families could feel.

Today we're a specialist domiciliary care provider and a temporary employment agency, supplying skilled nurses, care assistants and support workers to private clients, hospitals and care homes across London and the South East. Every relationship still begins the same way — by listening.
